1. Definitions

The following terms, wherever used within this agreement, carry the meanings assigned below:

Term	Meaning
"Platform"	The hobi96 website accessible at https://hobi96.cam, including all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
"Member"	Any individual who has successfully registered a verified account on the Platform.
"Account"	The personal gaming account created by and belonging to a Member, used to access Platform services.
"Balance"	The total of real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
"Bonus Funds"	Credits awarded to a Member as part of a promotion, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
"Wagering Requirement"	The total bet volume a Member must place before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required for full Account functionality.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction"	Any country or territory from which the Platform is legally restricted from accepting Members, as determined by applicable law and Platform policy from time to time.
"Services"	All gaming, wagering, information, and transactional services provided by hobi96 through the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of hobi96's Services is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
2. You are at least 21 years of age. hobi96 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in accordance with responsible gaming best practices applicable to the Indonesia market.
3. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
4. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of hobi96 or any of its affiliated game-content suppliers.
6. You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed for violations of these Terms.
7. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
8. All information you provide during registration and KYC is truthful, accurate, and current.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Member

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on hobi96. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts — whether under the same name, identity, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. hobi96 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit balances where multiple Accounts are detected.

3.2 Registration Information

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify hobi96 promptly of any changes by contacting our support team at [email protected].

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hobi96 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your username and password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.

3.4 Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. hobi96 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reason to believe that a Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where closure is required for regulatory compliance purposes.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

hobi96 operates a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Completion of KYC is mandatory for all Members prior to their first withdrawal and may be required at any time at hobi96's discretion.

4.1 Required Documentation

Members will typically be required to submit the following documents. hobi96 reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), or an equivalent government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the previous three months, displaying your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of the Member holding their identity document adjacent to their face, taken in good lighting.
• Payment Method Verification: Depending on the payment methods used, hobi96 may request evidence confirming your ownership of bank accounts or e-wallets used for deposits or withdrawals.

4.2 Processing Time

KYC documents are reviewed within 1 to 24 hours under normal operating conditions. During peak periods or Indonesian public holidays, review times may extend to 48 hours. You will receive an email notification once verification is complete.

4.3 Failure to Verify

If a Member fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period, hobi96 reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, suspend withdrawals, or close the Account entirely.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hobi96 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

5.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider, typically within seconds for e-wallet transactions and within 1–5 minutes for bank transfers. hobi96 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are only processed to accounts or e-wallets registered in the Member's verified name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Under normal conditions, withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during business hours (09:00–17:00 WIB, Monday to Friday). Withdrawals requested outside these hour s may take up to 24 hours. hobi96 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on hobi96 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). hobi96 does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees incurred via your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5.5 Refused or Reversed Transactions

hobi96 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, hobi96 may freeze the Account pending investigation and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

hobi96 offers a variety of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, a welcome deposit bonus, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and a tiered VIP rewards program. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible game contributions, and expiry periods are clearly stated on each promotion's individual terms page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

hobi96 actively monitors for and prohibits bonus abuse in all forms, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses via duplicate accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinated wagering by groups of Members acting in concert. Where bonus abuse is detected, hobi96 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and close the relevant Account(s).

6.4 Bonus Eligibility

hobi96 reserves the right to determine a Member's eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotional offers may be withdrawn, modified, or extended at any time without prior notice. Members who have applied for self-exclusion are not eligible to receive or redeem promotional bonuses.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on hobi96 — including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Markets include 1X2, Asian Handicap, Over/Under, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets. Mix parlay selections must meet minimum odds requirements as stated on the bet slip at time of placement.

7.2 Togel & Numbers Games

hobi96 offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets for Singapore (SGP), Hongkong (HK), Sydney (SDY), and Macau draws. Draw results are sourced directly from the respective official draw organizations. hobi96 is not responsible for delays or discrepancies caused by the draw organizations themselves. All togel bets are final once confirmed.

7.3 Live Casino

Live casino games including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and Sic Bo are operated by certified third-party providers (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live). The rules of each game are governed by the respective game provider's published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a technical disruption during a live game session, hobi96's dispute resolution team will review available data logs to determine the appropriate outcome.

7.4 Slot Games

7.5 Void Bets

hobi96 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a system error, odds feed malfunction, or manifest pricing error. Members will be notified of any voided bet and the relevant stake will be returned to their Account balance.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on hobi96 and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or algorithms to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or software vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or insider betting.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts, or assisting a third party in doing so.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate deposits with your payment provider.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of IP obfuscation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hobi96 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the hobi96 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the property of hobi96 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hobi96 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond hobi96's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or network operators.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to safeguard their Account credentials.

hobi96's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy & Data

hobi96 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. hobi96 employs 256-bit SSL encryption and multi-layer security architecture to protect Member data at all times.

13. Amendments

hobi96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hobi96 will endeavor to provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Asia-Pacific region. hobi96 operates under an internationally recognized gaming license and complies with the anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards required by that license authority.

Any disputes between a Member and hobi96 that cannot be resolved through our internal customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this clause shall prevent hobi96 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
